POLICIES, SHIPPING, RETURNS & EXCHANGES

*SHIPPING AND DELIVERY INFO, PLEASE READ BELOW: "Mounted & Balanced Packages" Generally Leave Our Facility In Approximately 15 Business Days. Business Days Are Monday Thru Friday. Mounting And Balancing Is A Free Option That We Give You & Due To A High Volume Of Customers Selecting This Option It Takes Time. Orders Are Mounted & Balanced In The Order They Are Received By Order Date. If You Need Your Order Quicker Please Contact Us & Have Us Ship It Unmounted. You Will Be Emailed As Soon As The Order Is Shipped. Some Products Have To Transfer In Which May Require Additional Time To Ship. Unmounted Packages, Wheels, Or Tires, Generally Ship Within 1-5 Business Days. If You Ordered Anything Else: Wheels, Tires, Lift Kits, Etc That Is Not Mounted & Balanced. They Normally Leave Us Within 1-5 Business Days. Orders Are Shipped In The Order They Are Received, We Are Working As Fast As Possible To Get Everyone Their Orders! Mounting, Balancing & Packaging Takes Time, Thank You For Your Patience! Your Mounted Wheel & Tire Package Will Ship Truck Freight With A Signature Required And Should Arrive Strapped And Shink Wrapped As Seen Here In This Example To The Right.

*Any damages or shortages MUST be noted on the bill of lading at the time of delivery. Notify the carrier and Smooth Performance Offroad immediately and we will assist you as fully as we can. Please retain a signed copy of the bill of lading for your records. *By ordering products, you have authorized Smooth Performance Offroad to charge your payment info entered for an amount equal to the purchase price and any applicable sales tax.

* Due to a very high volume of sales, our inventory changes by the minute, if we have inventory issues, we will notify you with time frame to fill the order, or other product options. We will text, call or email you if we have any questions or concerns.

You Will Receive Another Email When Your Order Ships. If You Ordered Multiple Items, They May Ship In Separate Packages From Separate Locations.

SHIPMENTS

Once your order has shipped we will send an email with the tracking information. We use multiple carriers to cover our shipping needs. Some items will ship ground and others will ship via truck freight. All freight shipments require a signature upon delivery. A representative from the freight company will typically call and or email at least 24 hours in advance to set up a delivery appointment. All ground shipments will be sent 'No signature required' unless you paid for 'Signature required' at time of order). We will not be held responsible for any stolen or missing shipments if the shipping company shows the product has been delivered.

Refusal of any shipment other than being damaged will result in a minimum of 20% restocking fee. Customer agrees to be liable of initial shipping costs to the customer if refused.

Smooth Performance Offroad will not be held liable for any shipping delays by the shipping carrier once the order has shipped & is in transit. There is no compensation to made by Smooth Performance Offroad to consumers due to delays during transit, shipping appointment delays or no show due to unforseen circumstances or weather related.

Not being available to receive and sign for a scheduled freight delivery will have fees associated with a re-delivery.

If you used certain finance or leasing to aquire your order, you cannot change the shipping address from what is on your finace or lease.

FREE SHIPPING

Free shipping only applies to a set of four or more wheels or tires. If you order a single wheel or tire you will have to pay for shipping charges to have the item shipped to your requested address. Free shipping does not apply to any other products except wheels and or tires and only in sets of four or more.

STANDARD SHIPPING DAMAGE

Smooth Performance Offroad insures each package shipped. Please inspect your merchandise for damage when you receive your shipment. In the event that your merchandise is damaged, either refuse it or sign for it as damaged. Then notify us immediately. Please Note: Custom built Forged wheels will be repaired in most cases if they arrive damaged.

TRUCK FREIGHT SHIPPING DAMAGE

Wheel and tire packages ship truck freight on pallets. Every pallet is strapped and shrink wrapped. Please remove and inspect all pieces of the shipment prior to signing the delivery receipt. If the shipment is damaged please note this on the delivery receipt and then contact us about the shipment.

DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT MERCHANDISE

In the event that you receive defective or incorrect merchandise, notify Smooth Performance Offroad immediately prior to mounting wheels to tires or any product to vehicle. We will work with you to get the product replaced in the most efficient manner possible. In the event that you have a defective product, please call us (224) 770-7681 & email us pictures of the issue Support@smoothperformanceoffroad.com

Defective replacement procedure will be: The customer pays for the replacement product, we ship it to you. You have the product swapped out with the replacement, if a wheel, put the defect wheel in the new replacement wheel box with the proper packaging inside box. We will arrange pick up of defective product, once this product is received back to us we will issue the refund for the replacement product sent to you.
